１．Declaration of protection of personal information
Pariya (hereafter referred to as “the company”) shall endeavour to appropriately handle and protect information relating to its customers (hereafter referred to as “personal information”) in order to provide a safe, secure and reliable service to its customers.
２．Personal information protection policy
（１）The company shall comply with the provisions regarding privacy of correspondence outlined in Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Telecommunications Business Act, and related laws.
（２）The company shall comply with guidelines regarding the protection of information in the telecommunications business (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Report No. 695, August 31, 2004).

３．Handling of personal information
（１）Purpose of use
The company uses personal information obtained from customers such as their name, address, telephone number, etc. for the following purposes. The company uses personal information to provide services, to identify customers, and for purposes such as billing, correspondence regarding customer enquiries, notification of changes to or suspension of services, notification of other services offered by the company, and information regarding various events and campaigns.
（２）Disclosure of personal information
The company shall respond promptly after confirming the identity of the customer, in the event that the company receives a request to disclose personal information, or there is a request for correction, etc. of any content.
（３）Use and provision of personal information
The company shall acquire customers’ personal information to the extent necessary for the provision of its services, and shall use/provide the information to the extent that it is collected.
（４）Provision to third parties
The company shall use personal information to the extent that it is collected, shall handle it in the appropriate manner, and shall not disclose personal information to third parties without notifying and obtaining consent from the provider of the information. However, the company may provide personal information when there is a request for disclosure from a public institution such as an administrative body or law enforcement agency, and when the company judges that it is necessary for the protection of life, body, or wealth.
